HR EXECUTIVE (Recruitment)

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team at Studio Underground. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions across the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Head to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
• Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessment tools.
• Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain and update the candidate database (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus placements.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment. (Experience in creative industries is a plus.)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
