Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director for our documentary film production team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess a strong interest in documentary film making. As we collaborate with various State and Central Government entities in India, the candidate should be keen on perception-building and have a creative eye for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and executing documentary film projects.

Contribute to script development, research, and conceptualization of creative ideas.

Coordinate with production teams, government agencies, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Oversee shooting schedules, locations, and talent.

Focus on delivering high-quality, impact content while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Prior experience in an Assistant Director role, preferably in documentary production.

Strong interest and knowledge in documentary film making.

A keen understanding of perception-building strategies and storytelling.
